國際車牌/國際駕駛許可證 照片規格
申請國際車牌時須遞交兩張一式一樣的全新正面證件相，必須是淨色背景的近照，背景顏色不設限制。照片尺寸規定是40毫米（闊） X 50毫米（高），拍攝時頭部不可穿戴任何帽子或飾物。
網上申請：

正面全新近照的JPG或JPEG圖像檔案，照片的背景應無任何裝飾，頭部不可戴帽或類似的其他物品。圖像檔案大小不可超過5MB。

2，誰可網上申請？Who Can Apply Online?
如你符合以下條件，可在網上遞交申請：

香港身份證持有人，及

有效或逾期不超過 3 年的香港正式駕駛執照持有人（以申請日期為準）

are existing holder of a Hong Kong Identity Card;

are holder of a full Hong Kong driving licence which is still valid, or has not expired for more than 3 years (according to the application date)
3，拍攝香港車牌照片可以露齒笑嗎？Smile？
要求自然的表情，不能大笑或者皺眉，可以微笑。
Neutral expression (not smiling, laughing or frowning)
4，國際車牌相片可以戴耳環嗎？Jewellery and piercings
飾品不能遮住面部的任何位置，尤其是眼睛嘴巴和鼻子
Jewellery can’t obscure any part of your face, especially the area around your eyes, mouth and nose. There can’t be any reflection from rings or studs.
